Preservation is at the heart of every project we under take. It is our goal to capture and safeguard the identity and culture of both the home and the community. Combining the use of reclaimed wood and materials from local structures with designer features, we try to bring the new and old together to delight the senses and provide every guest with a sense of history and comfort.
We became interested in preservation after restoring Scott's childhood home in the small southern town of White Springs, Florida. On the banks of the Suwannee River, White Springs was once a bustling tourist destination, known for its mineral springs and bountiful natural resources. Recognizing the potential of this small town that sits directly on the Florida Trail, we have developed a passion for restoring historic homes.
